A timetable with good connections
The group was founded in Germany in 1997. It’s aim: to be the leading service provider for the European railway industry. Continued specialisation began in 1999 with entry into the business area of train operating services. Expansion into Switzerland, Austria and the Netherlands followed.
The consulting and signal and safety systems business areas were set up in 2006. The group entered the rail operation training market in 2007 with the Train Driver Academy. Academies followed in Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands. The group has been consistently growing through investments and acquisitions since the founding of TEX Holding AG in Switzerland in 2015.
